The uOttawa Startup Clinic is led by its Academic Director, with support from a team of upper-year uOttawa law students serving as student caseworkers.
Prof. Doug Sarro
Academic Director
Doug teaches business law at the University of Ottawa. Before pursuing an academic career, he practiced corporate law at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York and served as a senior advisor at the Ontario Securities Commission.
